China and US Lead Global Technology Rankings as Asian Hub Retains Top Spot

The World Intellectual Property Organization released its 2026 Global Innovation Index, ranking the Shenzhen–Hong Kong–Guangzhou cluster as the world’s top tech hub. Crucially, the top three clusters alone generate over 20% of all global patent filings.
