Despite a massive international presence, an astonishing 54 percent of PepsiCo’s $91.5 billion revenue originates directly from North America, highlighting the unrivaled financial power of its home market.

The North American Engine and Global Expansion

In fiscal 2023, PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) posted $91.5 billion in net revenue, with its North American divisions anchoring the balance sheet [1]. By fiscal 2025, total revenue expanded to $93.92 billion [3], representing an increase of 2.42 billion. The bedrock of this growth remains the United States, which alone accounted for $52.2 billion, or 55.6 percent, of the company’s geographic revenue distribution in 2025 [1]. The domestic beverage division, PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), contributed $28.20 billion in fiscal 2025, while PepsiCo Foods North America added another $27.53 billion, combining for 55.73 billion in core North American food and beverage sales [3]. This localized concentration allows the company to offset the costs of global expansion and currency translation risks stemming from a strong U.S. dollar [1].
